3. Tax with Tony

These areas are often overlooked when people jump into a new property investment; however, you profit further down the line by covering these vital foundations from the start.
5. Deal Analysis

2. Finance

When it comes to sourcing your deals, there are a number of key factors that you should be considering. I’ll help you with where to look, how to build valuable relationships with agents and 3rd party deal sources as well as some of my best performing tips for sourcing off-market deals direct. This session can also be face to face and include a tour of one of my current projects to show you a successful site first hand.
6. Making Offers
You’re now ready to seal the deal! We can go through the details of your offer and develop a plan on how to get it accepted. Getting an offer accepted is not just about the price, it’s also about the terms of the deal. The session can also move onto getting started on your site and the first few steps towards construction that you should take early in the process.
